The winpar platform is strictly available to individuals aged 18 years or older. Registration by or on behalf of a minor is prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance. It is your responsibility to confirm that your use of winpar is lawful under applicable local laws in your jurisdiction within Pakistan.
Each individual may hold only one registered winpar account. Duplicate or multiple accounts are prohibited and may result in suspension of all associated accounts. Account sharing — permitting another person to access or operate your winpar account — is similarly prohibited.
All bonuses and promotional offers on winpar are subject to specific wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds conditions, and expiry periods stated at the time of offer. Bonuses may not be withdrawn until wagering requirements are fully satisfied. Abuse of bonus terms — including through linked accounts — will result in bonus forfeiture.
winpar accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT in PKR. You must only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name. winpar reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing withdrawals.
All bets placed on winpar are final once confirmed. winpar reserves the right to void bets where there is evidence of technical error, odds feed error, or fraudulent activity. Palpable errors in pricing may be corrected at winpar's discretion without prior notice, and bets placed on palpably incorrect odds may be voided or amended.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your winpar login credentials. winpar will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access caused by your failure to secure your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must contact winpar support immediately and change your password from a secure device.
1.1 These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and winpar ("winpar", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the winpar website, mobile interface, and all associated services.
1.2 By creating a winpar account, depositing funds, placing a bet, or playing any game on the platform, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms unconditionally and in full.
1.3 winpar reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
2.1 Use of the winpar platform is restricted to natural persons aged 18 years or older. Registration by or on behalf of any person under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited.

3.1 Each individual may maintain only one registered winpar account. Creation of duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different details — is prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
3.2 You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are obligated to update your account information if it changes. winpar shall not be liable for any loss arising from inaccurate account information provided by you.
3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your winpar login credentials. You must not disclose your password to any third party. winpar will never ask for your password outside of the official login interface.
3.4 Account sharing — granting any other person access to your winpar account — is prohibited.
3.5 winpar reserves the right to verify your identity through third-party identity verification services and to request supporting documentation including but not limited to a CNIC, passport, or utility bill.
4.1 winpar accepts deposits via the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT. All transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise indicated.
4.2 You must only deposit funds using payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment methods are prohibited and may result in account suspension.
4.3 Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the winpar cashier at the time of transaction. winpar reserves the right to modify these limits without prior notice.
4.4 Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. winpar reserves the right to request additional KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and are detailed in the winpar wallet section.
4.5 Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility. Real-money deposits that have not attracted a bonus are withdrawable at any time, subject to account verification status.
4.6 winpar reserves the right to decline a withdrawal request or place a withdrawal on hold where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, pending identity verification, or where terms violations are under investigation.
5.1 All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotions offered by winpar are subject to specific terms detailed at the time of each offer. These terms include but are not limited to: minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, game contribution percentages, maximum bet restrictions, minimum qualifying odds, and offer expiry dates.
5.2 Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and must be wagered the required number of times before any associated winnings may be transferred to the withdrawable balance.
5.3 winpar reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Abuse of promotional offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, systematic exploitation of bonus mechanics, or coordinated wagering — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account closure.
5.4 Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except following fulfilment of applicable wagering requirements.
6.1 All bets placed on winpar are binding once confirmed by the platform. You may not cancel or amend a confirmed bet except where the platform's in-play betting interface provides an explicit cash-out or void option.
6.2 winpar reserves the right to void, cancel, or amend the settlement of any bet in circumstances including but not limited to: obvious pricing errors (palpable errors), technical malfunction, incorrect event data, or evidence of fraudulent wagering activity.
6.3 Bets placed on incorrect or palpably erroneous odds may be voided by winpar regardless of whether the bet has been confirmed, and regardless of the outcome of the event. The standard price for the relevant selection, as determined by winpar in its sole discretion, will be applied or the bet will be voided entirely.
6.4 winpar's decision regarding the settlement of any bet shall be final. Disputes relating to bet settlement must be raised with winpar support within 30 days of the event result being declared.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on winpar:
winpar reserves the right to immediately suspend and permanently close accounts engaged in any prohibited conduct, and to retain any balance in such accounts pending investigation.
8.1 All content on the winpar platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and data — is the property of winpar or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the winpar platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or otherwise exploited without the prior written consent of winpar.
9.1 winpar provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, winpar disclaims all warranties, express or implied, in relation to the platform and its services.
9.2 winpar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or service interruptions caused by technical failures, maintenance windows, or events outside winpar's reasonable control.
9.3 Nothing in these Terms limits winpar's liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.
10.1 winpar is committed to responsible gaming. The platform provides all registered players with access to the following tools free of charge: deposit limits, loss limits, session time alerts, reality checks, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.
10.2 Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours of submission and are enforced for the period requested. Self-excluded players may not circumvent exclusion by creating new accounts — any such accounts discovered will be immediately closed and balances forfeited.
10.3 If you believe your gambling behaviour is causing harm to yourself or others, we strongly encourage you to use winpar's responsible gaming tools or to seek support from appropriate organisations available in Pakistan.
10.4 Players who have self-excluded from winpar must not attempt to register new accounts during the exclusion period. winpar will take all reasonable steps to detect and close accounts created in breach of self-exclusion.
11.1 winpar reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification, or at winpar's sole discretion where continued operation of the account is deemed contrary to the platform's integrity.
11.2 You may close your winpar account at any time by contacting support. Upon voluntary closure, any withdrawable balance will be returned to your registered payment method following standard verification procedures.
11.3 winpar is not obligated to state its reasons for account suspension or closure in cases where disclosure would prejudice an ongoing investigation.
winpar reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon publication on the winpar website. Where changes are material, winpar will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the platform or registered email. Your continued use of winpar after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations. winpar operates under licences issued by competent international gaming authorities. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the winpar platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or dispute resolution bodies designated by the applicable regulatory framework. Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights you may have under the laws of Pakistan to the extent such rights cannot be contractually excluded.
